Ingredients

  • 4 walleye fillets
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 3 tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper
  • Lemon wedges

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C)

    Place walleye in a greased baking dish

  3. 3

    Mix parmesan, panko, butter, parsley, garlic powder, and paprika

  4. 4

    Season fish with salt and pepper

  5. 5

    Press parmesan mixture on top of each fillet

  6. 6

    Bake for 12-15 minutes until topping is golden and fish flakes

  7. 7

    Serve with lemon wedges
