Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs mahi mahi fillets
  • 2 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 8 corn tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • Cilantro and lime wedges for serving

Instructions

    Mix paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne, and oregano

    Coat fish generously with spice mixture

    Heat a cast-iron skillet over high heat with a bit of oil

    Sear fish for 3-4 minutes per side until blackened and cooked through

    Break fish into chunks

    Mix sour cream with lime juice for crema

    Warm tortillas and assemble tacos with fish, cabbage, crema, and cilantro
