Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs white fish fillets, cut into strips
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup cold beer
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • 12 corn tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • Lime juice
  • Hot sauce
  • Cilantro and lime wedges

Instructions

    Make slaw: mix cabbage with mayo, sour cream, lime juice, and hot sauce

    Mix flour, baking powder, and salt

    Whisk in beer until smooth
