Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C)
Toss tomatoes, olives, onion, and garlic with olive oil and oregano
Spread vegetables in a baking dish
Season cod with salt and pepper, place on top of vegetables
Drizzle fish with a bit more olive oil
Bake for 20-25 minutes until fish flakes easily
Garnish with fresh basil before serving
